Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. This is a great opportunity for you if you need someone to hold space for you while you speak about your relationships, familial, platonic, coworkers, romantic. I’ve found many people struggle with letting go of past hurts in relationship, and it is very therapeutic and comforting to be able to be held and cuddled while you do some emotional housecleaning to rid yourself of old negative patterns and create space for healthy relationship.
